My mom was in town last week, so I got to spend time with her, which was nice. The Enzo was not so nice, though.
Halloween pictures are up. I think I did a bang-up job with the Elroy Jetson costume, if I do say so myself. Saturday night we all went to a party at someone’s place in the city. It was very reminiscent of college parties — loud music, drunk people, and not enough room. But it was fun for people watching, at least.
Wednesday Yar and I went to a chamber music performance in Berkeley with Gil Shaham, Lynn Harrell, and Yefim Bronfman. Gil Shaham is probably my favorite violinist, so I really enjoyed it.
This weekend is also going to musical. I’m going to see Ramona’s fiancee Owen play at Freight and Salvage in Berkeley, then on Sunday night it’s a concert by the Marin Symphony. Hopefully all the fun-ness will balance out the fact that I’m coming into work on Saturday.
