MILLION DOLLAR IDEAS
Recently I've come up with two million dollar ideas.
1) Fortune cookie advertisements. Instead of lucky numbers or Chinese language lessons, how about a line or two for your favorite movie or clothing line? It's marketing gold, I tell you.
Edit: It looks like someone beat me to the punch...twice. There's even results of a marketing study.
2) Now this isn't so much a "million dollar idea" in the sense that I think it's a good idea, but it would most likely not make any money. So if you're like me and live alone or even with just a single rooommate, you often find yourself throwing out uneaten food from the fridge. My idea would be to have a grocery store where everything is portioned for one or two people. This way, no waste! Unofficially, it would also be a place for singles to meet each other. May Ling came up with a great name for it, too: Singles Market.
I won't forget you all when I'm retired on a tropical island.
With monkey butlers.
And pandas.

as per idea #2: they are already have such a place to buy single serving junk...Seven Eleven. :)
I'm still waiting for the day that I see a single Pocky in a foil wrapper at an Asian market.
