The proxy brush is annoying and makes my teeth-cleaning routine about 5 minutes longer than it used to be. I don't have problems with cavities, just gum issues, and supposedly Listerine helps with that. I was thinking of getting one. My dentist told me to switch from Listerine to ACT because ACT actually (harhar) has flouride in it to prevent cavities while Listerine just helps with bad breath.
