Lilly found out the hard way tonight that when making mochi, baking soda is no substitue for baking powder. The substance that resulted was neither alive nor dead, but some sort of inbetween zombie culinary monster. It’s an untapped market. I dared not try the monstrosity, but Lilly did sample some, and I’m afraid that it going to eat her from the inside out, and tomorrow morning she will be some kind of super-intelligent human-mochi hybrid being. I fear for my safety.

The mochi creature looked so much like innards that I think horror movie producers should invest in Lilly. I took some pictures of the specimen. But be warned: these pictures are not for those with weak constitutions.
